Leider mussten wir aufgrund einer plötzlichen Erkrankung unsere Reise vorzeitig abbrechen. Beim Check-out wurde uns unsere ID nicht ausgehändigt, was für zusätzlichen Aufwand sorgte. Das Hotel selbst war sehr laut, und wir haben mehrfach schmutziges Geschirr vorgefunden. Besonders enttäuschend war die fehlende Kulanz: Trotz rechtzeitiger Stornierung unserer Tee-Times gab es keinerlei Rückerstattung – etwas, das wir in dieser Form noch nie erlebt haben. Auch das Hotel zeigte sich bei der Stornierung der zweiten Woche absolut unflexibel. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen werden wir kein Hotel dieser Gruppe mehr buchen.

Elegimos este hotel para pasar unos días y fue un acierto.Con una ubicación muy buena y a pie de playa y con unas instalaciones perfectas. El buffet tanto del desayuno como de la cena muy bueno y variado. La habitación perfecta y con todo muy limpio, el único pero es que era muy sombría. Y la atención de todo el personal fue impresionante, pero sobré todo la de Marín un camarero fantástico y atento en todo momento. Si volvemos repetiremos seguro.

Verpflegung meistens sehr gut. Für mich eher zuvielerlei zeug. . .Sushi büffet topp! Nettes personal. Durch bauweise bedingt überall zu laut. Zu grosses restaurant, laut, ungemütlich. Ärgerlich war für mich aber der spa, wo man extra zahlt, ein einziges kleines badetuch erhält, keinen bademantel. Eine einzige offene dusche für pool und sauna seitlich vom pool ist eine zumutung. Von ruhe keine spur. So bleibt einem nach der sauna nur die flucht ins zimmer.

Ya hemos estado varias veces en este Hotel y siempre todo perfecto pero lo vivido este San Vallentin fue un horror. Los dias antes de ese dia perfecto comida de calidad y variedad. El Jueves empezaron a entrar clientes con Oferta de pueblos cercanos y hay empezo todo lo malo. La comida bajo de calidad. Lo que antes eran Entrecot de Ternera o Solomillo cambio a Pinchitos y Chuletas de cerdo. Muchisima Gente en el comedor el Jueves por la noche, incluso algunos fumando. Le llamaron la atencion pero les daba igual, nos tuvimos que salir del comedor sin terminar de comer.Ademas el viernes entraron tanta Gente que por la noche habia unas colas para entrar en comedor desde las 19:30 y a las 21:00 decidimos de irnos del Hotel y comer en la Barrosa. El Sabado hicimos lo mismo. Me imaginaba el dia de San Valentin de otra manera. Si es asi todos los fines de Semana no recomiendo este Hotel para Parejas o el que busca tranquilidad. No se puede llenar un comedor de esa forma, se pueden hacer dos turnos. Y los que pagamos una Tarifa normal no nos debe perjudicar que entren otros clientes con unas ofertas y que el Hotel necesite bajar calidad en comida y Servicio para ganar dinero.

Es un lugar ideal para ir a pasar unos días de descanso y disfrute en familia. El personal es fantástico. Trato inmejorable, simpáticos, amables, atentos... la comida excelente. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir en breve. En definitiva espectacular.
